Edited Photos are completed within 5 to 7 days. For Peak Wedding Season Times, Please Allow Up To 2 Weeks For Completion. Clients receive a filtered Master Collection of their portraits (unless same day delivery) where the images have been carefully selected through, removing blurred or test images. Packages that contain edited stills, will receive 2 digital files on a thumb drive - 1 file of the master collection of all unedited portraits & 1 file of selected package plan with fully edited portraits. Clients have full copyright access to their portraits to do as they wish (create Prints, Photo Books, Online Sharing, etc.) Clients may review edited stills & request specific stills to be changed & sent, or, for an additional fee, request selected images to be digitally enhanced. Only Edited Images are lifetime protected & guaranteed satisfaction - EXCEPT, for events that are only hired by the hour, with same day delivery. Clients will be given an online link with all of the edited images of their event(s) with the exception of the Master Collection of unedited images, in which case, clients are responsible to secure & backup those files, as Krone Galleries only secures the edited images. (This is to free up hard drive space for future projects) Clients must be aware of all lighting conditions & surroundings, as photographer assistants & studio lighting will not be provided for, in most package plans. Clients must also notify the photographer if the event location is directly nearby any cell or primary electrical towers, as, frequencies are known to disrupt camera equipment functionalities. Krone Galleries reserves the right to modify & update packages & prices at any time, with the exception, under a signed contract, the client is grandfathered in to the original rate & plan, unless, they accept the new package plan. If special requests for portraits are needed, such as posing, style of portrait and combination of group photos, it is the client's responsibility to mention those requests, if they are outside the normal workflow. Under any circumstance, Krone Galleries will NOT photograph a person if they do not wish to have their image captured - NO EXCEPTIONS. Should the primary photographer become unavailable for the event, a secondary photographer will resume photographing the event at no additional charge. Engagement portraits that are 30 min, are to be photographed in the Chandler area only. 1 hour+ Engagements are to be photographed within the Phoenix area only. Events held outside the Phoenix & surrounding areas may incur a trip & overnight stay fee (with the exception if destination locations are stated in the package plan).
Videography Services:
Krone Galleries now offers videography services for top tier package plans, however, a videographer may be requested for an additional fee for plans that do not offer videography service. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for completion, (during peak season) if the videographer is not the primary photographer (Lisa Leckrone). Due to the fact that if videography service is offered by a staff member, outside of any of the package plans (EX: by a referral, 3rd party, student, self employed, etc.) it will be the responsibility of the videographer to discuss what services they offer, and a separate agreed upon contract in place. However, they will still maintain the business standards of Krone Galleries, under their own responsibility & business licenses. Should the videographer be employed by Krone Galleries, (EX: 1099 or W2) then it is the responsibility of Krone Galleries to provide a completed video of the event. (These policies are the same for secondary photographers, who become a primary photographer.) The standard practice for video coverage during an event, is mostly documented from a tripod. Special angles, upgraded equipment with premium resolution or drone coverage is provided by a secondary videographer. For videos longer than 30 minutes, are delivered on the designated Online Gallery (which is viewable for clients & guests, and also available for downloading) If any editing is needed, please be advised that videos are only held for 5 days after delivery confirmation. (This is for the purposes of freeing hard drive space, to continue editing future projects)
Payments:
Payments for services are flexible, either the client may pay all at once, or payment options are available as well, as long as the balance is paid in full by the day of the event. Cash, Cashiers Check Venmo or Zelle is accepted for full balance payment. Credit & Debit Card payments are now accepted as forms of payment (in small increments & subject to transaction fees) directly on the website's payment platform. Personal checks are no longer accepted to pay the full balance, due to declined, cancelled or chargeback cases. Exceptions are made for small deposits, not exceeding $250 at a time. Deposits at the moment of the consultation are generally not required, except, for packages exceeding $800 & for events outside the Phoenix area. For events, the first half of the balance is due no later than 1 week before the event & remaining balance is due at the time of event. Should for any circumstance, all photographers become unavailable and not replaceable for the event, a full refund will be issued or can be applied for a future event. Should the client need to cancel an event, deposits are fully refundable (unless if photography service has already been provided, such as engagement portraits, etc) up to 7 days prior to the event. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days of the event, then only half of the initial deposit fee will be refunded. However, there are NO REFUNDS offered once the photographer has completed the event and/or processed the images & delivered.​Â
Student Photographer / Videographer
Student Photographers & Videographers are optional, based on availability for most package plans. If one or more are available, the student is permitted to participate & document the event (photograph / film) for however long they wish to participate in the event (no hourly requirements) and use the images or footage at their desecration in efforts to gain experience & build their portfolios in a safe & stress-free environment. In exchange, the student will provide raw images and/or video clips to the clients as a bonus coverage. The students are not obligated to cover clientele and/or guest requests, as, special requests & normal workflow is covered by the primary photographer. Students are able to come & go, take breaks, etc. as they need. Because students are not under a binding contract or paid for their services, they are under no obligation to edit images or footage, however, if the client wishes to have edited product, they may request & offer a fee for the student's service. BE ADVISED: If the client has a student on the premises, it is up to the client to inform their guests that the primary photographer will have students & to be courteous to the staff, as students are learning & may be shy or nervous. All requests are to be addressed to the primary photographer. Krone Galleries maintains a fun & safe environment for ALL staff, student, clients & guests (please refer to "additional info" for decorum & hostilities clause)
Additional Info:
For the protection of Krone Galleries, anyone who is connected to government relations, such as, Attorneys, Legal Consultants, District Attorneys and so forth, MUST Sign an additional waiver stating that they will abide to Krone Galleries terms & agreements. This protects Krone Galleries, it's associates & the client from unlawful lawsuits. Krone Galleries reserves the right to refuse service if waiver is unsigned, even in the duration of an opened assignment. Although Krone Galleries will continue to work diligently in efforts to provide excellent service & portraits/videos, it is the expectation of the client to be fair & reasonable in the event of dissatisfaction of images. Clients MUST comply with the Terms & Conditions (as it serves as an official & legal / binding contract). Hostility or abusive verbiage will NOT be tolerated, therefore, is subject to right of refusal of continued service, even at the moment of the event or in the duration of editing photos or video. Should such hostilities take place during the time of the event, whether its to the primary photographer or to any staff or participating student, proper measures - from calmly addressing the situation, to excusing other staff members from the premises, will take place. Should such hostilities persist (This can include directly from Clients, Family Members, Friends or even other Vendors) Krone Galleries reserves the right to refuse any continued service & vacate from the premises with NO Refunds! For issues with any staff or student, pertaining hostility towards clients and/or guests, PLEASE address those issues with the primary photographer (Lisa Leckrone) for immediate resolution, as there is a ZERO TOLERANCE for such behaviors. For events held at a residence, occupant owners are required to have the home in a reasonable cleanly condition. This is for hygienic & safety purposes for staff & photography equipment. (In addition - no one wants an unsavory object in their portraits!) Krone Galleries also reserves the right to refuse photography service, if the event is held in an unsafe location. For hourly times, clients must arrive on time to begin the photo shoot. It is the responsibility of the client to insure the photographer that professional photography is permitted at the site of the event. Should equipment become stolen or damaged by a patron at the event, the client assumes responsibility for damages occurred. Krone Galleries will NOT provide video or photo service for any illegal or pornographic scenarios & activities.
